The best way to get to know who you are is by going out on a solo date and enjoying your own company.
Picture this: it’s the early afternoon on a weekday and you’re alone at a new restaurant enjoying a glass of white wine and seafood pasta.
Since most people are finishing their workday there are only a few other patrons. You can hear light chatter as the waiter approaches and asks if the food is to your liking – it most certainly is!
You shouldn’t need a reason to take yourself out more. In fact, you deserve to treat yourself to a delicious meal…one you can enjoy alone.
Don’t get me wrong, I love going out with my friends but sometimes it can be quite tricky to coordinate schedules.

Why You Should Take Yourself on a Solo Date
Self-love is the absolute best love. If you are on the dating scene, you should use your singleness to figure out who you are and the type of relationship you want in a partner.
Taking yourself out on a solo date gives you the chance to experience new things and get out of your comfort zone.
It’s difficult to pour from an empty cup and before you can really invest in a serious relationship and take care of others, you first need to take care of yourself.
